If you supervise employees, as a frontline supervisor, newer manager, or team lead, you may have a conversation with someone on your team you’ve been putting off because you’re not sure how to start. Maybe communication keeps getting crossed, responsibilities aren’t clear, or tension is getting in the way of the work.

The fillable RESET Planner helps you get clear on what you want to address, prepare what to say, hear the employee’s perspective, and agree on a next step.

Use it to get ready for the conversation, guide the discussion, and keep track of what you agreed to do next.
